$5,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 relocation (for greater than 100 miles), or $2,500 relocation (for greater than 50 miles) for nurses with 1 or more years of experience.
SUMMARY Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, thus providing continuing health care to individuals, families, and communities within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Nurse Practice Act. Duties include phone triage/symptom management, patient education, vaccinations, video capsule endoscopy and breath test procedures.
EDUCATION Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree)
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION Current Registered Nurse Licensure in the State of Illinois. BLS Certification.
EXPERIENCE Previous experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
OTHER SKILLS Demonstrates clinical competencies in providing direct patient care and patient and family education as well as assisting the provider in the delivery of patient care. Demonstrates leadership and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively with others.
