Ultimately responsible for the operation of the unit on their assigned shift as it relates to coordination of clinical care delivery, staffing, and physician satisfaction.
ï¿½ Responsible for cost targets as evidenced by meeting budget expectations.
ï¿½ Responsible for staff satisfaction as measured by percent of licensed turnover.
ï¿½ Responsible for employee satisfaction as evidenced by the annual employee survey.
ï¿½ Responsible for patient satisfaction as demonstrated by unit PSMS scores.
ï¿½ Responsible for unit staff meetings and town hall meetings with 75% of employees attending.
ï¿½ Must achieve satisfactory quality scores as evidenced by scores on departmental walk-throughs and chart reviews.
ï¿½ Performs management functions R/T HR activities such as employee counseling, monitoring of attendance and educational needs.
ï¿½ Responsible for accurate shift report.

Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)
Required: 1 year RN experience.
Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR
