~INCENTIVES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED~ The Wound Care Team provides comprehensive holistic care using the nursing process in the coordination and management of a team of caregivers for a group of patients with acute and chronic wounds, fistulas, pressure ulcers, and ostomies. The LPN is the primary customer service representative for the outpatient wound care clinics. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen. Licensure: Eligible candidate must possess current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a LPN/LVN in a US State, Commonwealth, Territory, or the District of Columbia. Education/Experience: Candidate must be a graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing approved by the appropriate State agency and/or accredited by the Accreditation Commission
