Adventist Health Portland is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established and growing outpatient Sleep Medicine Clinic in Portland, Oregon.
The ideal candidate will come with experience managing patients with a wide range of sleep disorders and will join a well established group of providers.
The practitioner will be available Monday ??? Friday, practicing 40 patient contact hours per week with minimal call coverage. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting a busy, established Sleep Medicine physician
- Managing compliance and follow up visits
- Seeing uncomplicated new patients
- Ordering sleep studies
Our clinic is located just 1-2 hours from world-class skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking trails, fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, kayaking, rock climbing and the Oregon Coast!
This is an employed position and is not a private practice model. As an employed provider, this position comes with a competitive compensation and provider benefit package, including, vacation, holiday, sick leave and a generous CME/board/dues/license and membership allowance. Relocation, sign-on bonus and student loan assistance available for qualified candidates.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, be Oregon licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards. Though experience is a plus, newly trained physicians will be considered. This is not a J-1 or H-1B eligible opportunity.
