This Registered Nurse manages and coordinates patients in the Advanced Liver Dashboard (ALD) to alert providers to order needed studies for Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) surveillance and/or screening/management of esophageal varices within the Veteran Affairs (VA) and in the community non-VA sources. The RN works under the direction of the Section Chief, Gastroenterology (GI) & works collaboratively with the Hepatology provider & other clinical services as required based on patient needs. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
