The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct support to the PACT team in the Ambulatory Care Outpatient Clinic. LPN is accountable for greeting the Veterans, using different modalities of gathering Veteran data such as observation, vital signs and recording information. LPN assists in assuring smooth clinic flow by assisting the Veteran through the transition process as they move through the clinic environment. The LPN works under the direction of the RN Care Manager. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
