These LPN positions will be located at our Bloomington and Mattoon CBOCs. There is 1 vacancy at each location. They will be primarily utilized in our Primary Care (PACT) & Telehealth Clinical Technician (TCT). They will also provide coverage in Occupational Health and Lab when needed.
