Greater Seattle area - Outpatient CRNA - 4 day week - $368K for 1099 or W2 option We are seeking a CRNA to do advanced cases in an outpatient independent setting. You will work a 4 day week with no call doing GI, ENT, spines, total joints, podiatry and other cases. This is an all CRNA team with a great culture and work environment. Choose W2 with excellent benefits, or 1099 at $175-$200/hr, all with a great work life balance. A $40K sign on bonus is also being offered along with relocation assistance.
