The Greenville Procedures department provides patient care to Veterans undergoing GI, Liver, Urology and Podiatry procedures. There are 4 procedure rooms, 5 pre-op beds and 8 post-op beds available within this out-patient setting. The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, functions as a supervisor and assumes accountability for the operation of the designated hiring unit. As a supervisor the ANM is not eligible for National Nurses United (NNU) membership. Responsibility includes the management, evaluation, and implementation of evidenced-based nursing practice.
