Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible and accountable for the delivery of nursing care to veterans in the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS), in the Outpatient Clinic located within the NE Primary Care Clinic. The incumbent has the knowledge and skills necessary for concentrated efforts and self-direction in carrying out the most complex practical nursing care assignment with the patients ranging in age from young adulthood to the senior years of life. Applicants pending the completion of educational, or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
