The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the Endoscopy/Special Procedures unit for all patient populations.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
·Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
·Systematically assessing the health status of individuals and record related health data
·Establishing nursing diagnoses
·Planning and implementing nursing interventions
·Providing pre, intra, and post procedure education to the patients, families, significant others, and/or caregivers
·Providing health promotion strategies and education to patients and their support system,
·Administering and evaluating pharmacological and other therapeutic treatment regimens mandated by the particular situation and evidence-based practice.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Current state of Texas registered nurse licensure or Compact State Licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
